Santiago, born in 1985, holds a Farm Managment Degree of Universidad de la Empresa (Uruguay). Already before his graduation in 2008 he gathered wide experience in agricultural management by working in his family's cattle business.

After his graduation Santiago joined VTMT Group as assistant of the shareholder. In this phase he rendered outstanding services to the rapidly growing business in Uruguay and the expansion step to Paraguay and was consequently promoted to head of operations in Uruguay. Besides Santiago is entrusted with special projects in Paraguay.

Valeria, born in Paysandú, Uruguay in 1986, got her degree in accounting at Catholic University of Uruguay in 2012. She is a current partner of Uruguayan accountants and economist association with active participation in courses and congresses.

Valeria started her career in 2007 in UPM-Forestal Oriental. After working for an importing company where she was appointed accounting director she joint VTMT Group in October 2012, where she acts as accounting manager and assistant to the CFO.
