Alexandru, born in 1980, holds a degree in economics of West University of Timisioara, Romania. After graduation Alexandru gathered wide experiences in different jobs working as financial analyst, real estate agent and project manager. In 2008 he joined VTMT Group at the very beginning of its engagement in Romania and since then has contributed a lot to the establishment and growth of the groups operation in Romania. Consequently Alexandru was assigned head of administration and is now responsible for book keeping, controlling, subsidies management and land acquisition.

Pavel, born 1989 holds a diploma in Engineering and Management from the University Aurel Vlaicu in Arad, Romania and a Master’s degree in Sustainable Technologies for Field Crops  from the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine in Timisoara, Romania. After working as a Computer Technician and Advertising Consultant during his undergraduate studies, Pavel Joined the VTMT Group in 2012 while engaging with his postgraduate degree in the field of agricultural engineering. Next to the maintenance of agricultural machinery, Pavel is now in charge of field operations including the establishment of crop rotation plans, soil fertilisation and infrastructural management.
