Vinzenz, born in 1963, holds a Master degree in business sciences of WU Wien (Vienna/Austria) and an MBA (executive option) of California State University, Hayward.

After university, Vinzenz started to work for Raiffeisen Banking Group where he held different positons throughout 15 years . From 1995 to 2003 Vinzenz acted as a regional president of the Raiffeisen Group in Corinthia/Austria. His second professional background was the family-held agricultural- and forestry company in Corinthia/Austria, which Vinzenz partly took over in 1992. In 2003 Vinzenz took the decision to fully commit to the family-business and to expand it to the emerging markets of Latin America and CEE. Including short interruptions Vinzenz has been living in Montevideo (Uruguay) since 2003.

Douglas, born in 1970, holds a Master of Law of Vienna University and is certified Austrian tax advisor. After six years with an international accounting firm (assurance, financial advisory) Douglas worked for some years as independent consultant. In this function he was already deeply involved in the foundation and development of VTMT group before “joining in fully” as CEO and minority share holder in 2010. Beside his legal and financial profession Douglas has been managing his own agricultural business since 25 years.

Hans, born in 1957, is certified accountant. Coming from an agricultural background Hans joined the family business in the early 1980's as book keeper. Later he took over operational responsibilites and was promoted as general manager of the family business during the 1990's.

Right from the beginning on Hans was involved in and had great merits for the cross border expansion of the business. Today Hans acts as general manager in the holding company and the Romanian subsidiaries.
