Estancia San Juan was acquired in 2004. After several years of extensive fattening the cattle business was transformed to an intensive breeding unit with subordinated crops. 70% of the area are apt and permitted for wood cultivation (olives, precious woods, nutwoods, pulpwood and others). Due to its coastal location and scenic attractions the farm has high touristic potential.
Currently the main focus is on cattle. Olive forrestation is projected but not yet initiated.
