Estancia San Juan

Estancia San Juan was acquired in 2004. After several years of extensive fattening the cattle business was transformed to an intensive breeding unit with subordinated crops. 70% of the area are apt and permitted for wood cultivation (olives, precious woods, nutwoods, pulpwood and others). Due to its coastal location and scenic attractions the farm has high touristic potential.

Currently the main focus is on cattle. Olive forrestation is projected but not yet initiated.

Estancia Villa Irene

Estancia Villa Irene was acquired in 2006. 1.100 hectares of the managed area are owned by VTMT another 1.000 hectares are leased on long terms. The cattle production system is “full cycle” (breeding & fattening). Pasture improvement and genetics are “state of the art”. Harvested crops include soybean, wheat and sorghum.

Current major objective is to implement irrigation systems on the arable land.

Estancia Esmeralda

Estancia Esmeralda was acquired in 2010 and is currently rented out to a third party.

After termination of the rental agreement, "Esmeralda" will be integrated into the group management. The aim is to do full cycle cattle business with rotating crops.
